GM Robert Leamon
Grandmaster - Owner & Founder of CCMA
Sensei Robert Leamon currently holds a Grandmaster level in CCMA. Sensei started his martial arts journey at the age of 14 under the initial training of Sensei Phillip and then he transitioned to United Karate Studios under the direction of Ben Kiker. Sensei Robert also holds a 2nd DAN in Filippino style martial arts under the instruction of Sensei Felix. Sensei Robert has competed in several full-contact kickboxing events and competed on Team USA/IAKSA. One highlight of his martial arts career was competing with Team USA in the IAKSA Kickboxing World Championships held in Birmingham, England. Sensei Robert has competed in numerous local and non-local martial arts events. One of his goals has always been to encourage his students to excel to the best of their ability. This encouragement is not only in martial arts training, but also with "life" issues. Sensei Robert's CREED is: "I will not do anything to disrespect or dishonor my Sensei. I will not do anything to disrespect or dishonor my Dojo. I will walk with the fore knowledge that Christ is my strength and I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13). I will not do anything to disrespect or dishonor myself (Proverbs 3:5-6).My intent is to focus on instructing and also to lead with a Godly attitude in a Godly atmosphere." Sensei Robert is married to Sensei Lisa and together they have 6 children, 12 grandchildren. Sensei Robert stays very active in his church, Emmaus Baptist. In their spare time, the Leamons enjoy riding their motorcycle and hanging out with the kids and grands!
Sensei Lisa Leamon
5th DAN
Co-Owner/ Co-Founder CCMA
Sensei Lisa currently holds a 5th DAN in CCMA under the direct training and leadership of Sensei Robert Leamon. Sensei Lisa's initial martial arts training was achieved through United Karate Studios under Robert Leamon, Mitzi Jeter, and Ben Kiker. Sensei Lisa's background in martial arts training involves Katas and Bo Staff Katas. She too has competed in numerous martial arts tournaments and has won "Grand Champion" in a tournament as a Black Belt and 5th Blue Belt Rank . She has received "most points" in the NASKA ratings and "most dedicated" student award during her martial arts career. In her spare time, Sensei Lisa works as a Registered Nurse and has been at the same hospital for over 30 years. Sensei Lisa is married to Sensei Robert and is the Co-Founder of CCMA. The Leamons have 6 children and 10 grandchildren and love spending quality time together riding their motorcycle and just enjoying life! Both are very active in their home church Emmaus Baptist in South Dalton, GA.
Sensei Elizabeth Doss
4th DAN
Lead Instructor Chatsworth Dojo
Sensei Elizabeth Doss is the Lead Instructor of the Chatsworth Dojo. She currently holds a 4th DAN CCMA Black Belt under the direct leadership and training of GM Robert Leamon. Elizabeth started her martial arts journey with Jessie Thornton of United Karate Studios in Ringgold. She took a break from training for several years, then when she decided to begin that journey again God led her to CCMA.
Sensei Elizabeth and her husband Stephen have 3 grown sons, one granddaughter who also trains at CCMA and 2 grandsons, one of whom lives with Father God. In her spare time, Elizabeth is an educator and owns "Doss Tutoring". She and Stephen love to spend quality time together enjoying nature and when opportunity permits you might catch her on the back of Stephen's motorcycle riding like the wind.
Sensei Rebecca "Becca" Shady
3rd DAN - Lead Instructor CCMA Little Warriors
Sensei Rebecca Shady currently holds a 3rd DAN CCMA Black Belt. Becca is an outstanding instructor and has stepped up to the plate taking a leadership role in our program by teaching adult classes and is the Lead Instructor for the Little Warrior program which are designed specifically for children ages 4-8. Becca is an avid competitor for CCMA and has won "Most Competitive" award in the BB division at our Annual Banquet several years consecutively. Becca has done an exceptional job integrating these classes into her personal training.
Sensei Rebecca and her husband Ethan, who also trains at CCMA, reside in Chatsworth. Sensei Becca is a valuable part of CCMA and certainly appears to have a bright future in CCMA and martial arts! Excited to have her among our CCMA Black Belts.
Sensei Sara Johnson
4th DAN
Sensei Sara Johnson currently holds a CCMA 4th DAN Black Belt. Sara is one of our most versatile instructors who jumps in to lead adult and Little Warrior classes wherever the need is. Sara is very competitive and holds several trophies in underbelt and BB rank.Sara and her husband Dwayne reside in Ringgold and have 4 children who also train at CCMA. 3 of their 4 children are also CCMA Black Belts. Their family is very involved in their church Whitfield Baptist on Dug Gap Rd. Sara assists Sensei Rebecca with our Little Warrior Classes in the Dalton Dojo. She is a great asset to CCMA and we love having her on board!
Sensei Alton Cordova
2nd DAN
Sensei Alton began his training at CCMA with his entire family under the instruction of GM Robert Leamon. Alton started his martial arts journey as a 'no belt' with CCMA and now proudly wears a CCMA 2nd DAN Black Belt. He and his wife Sensei Kimberly, also a CCMA Black Belt teach the Saturday morning class in Rocky Face. They reside in Dalton and have 5 children who are students at CCMA!
Sensei Kimberly Cordova

Sensei Kimberly Cordova is a 1st DAN Black Belt who began training at CCMA in 2015 with her family. She enjoys teaching and serving the Lord in and outside of the dojo.
Sensei Tammy Bennett

Little Warrior Instructor - Chatsworth Dojo
Sensei Tammy Bennett began her training with CCMA and now holds a 1st DAN Black Belt. Tammy is the Little Warrior Instructor at the Chatsworth Dojo. She and her husband Mark reside in Chatsworth and have 4 children, 2 of whom also train at CCMA.
Tammy is very active in ministry and serves in her home church, Macedonia Baptist. She loves the Lord and we are thankful to have her as part of our CCMA Team!
Coach Anthony McCalley
Coach/Instructor - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Coach Anthony McCalley is the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor in the Rocky face Ga gym.Coach Anthony has been training for 4 years and is a 1 stripe Purple belt. He has recently joined with Professor Juan Guevara of Juanaconda Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Professor Juan is a 4th degree black belt from the Gracie/Brazilian jujitsu organization. They both believe in using useful and effective technique for ground self defense. Coach Anthony has received all of his ranking under Professor Juan. He brings his training from professor Juan's gym to the Rocky Face gym.Anthony also trains as an underbelt in the traditional karate/TKD classes at CCMA. He and his wife Sara, who also trains in BJJ and helps coach the children, reside in Rocky Face. They have 3 children with the youngest who also trains at CCMA.

Professor Juan V. Guevara, a former professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter and combat sports veteran, has been training and teaching Gracie/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over 20 years.

Gracie/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is considered by many to be the best system of self defense in the world. He is a 4th Degree Black Belt, awarded through Eddie Camden from Master Pedro Sauer, and now continues his studies of the art under the tutelage of world renowned instructor and legend Master Rigan Machado (8th Degree Coral Belt). Master Rigan Machado is regarded as one the most highly acclaimed Gracie/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructors in the world.
In his accomplished career, Prof. Guevara has trained with some of the art’s most revered instructors, including the art’s co-creator himself Grandmaster Helio Gracie. Prof. Guevara has trained with many top-ranked instructors throughout his career, including the legendary Royce Gracie, Royler Gracie, Relson Gracie, and Rorion Gracie, to name a few.
